Very Nice Device
I used this rack for the first time today. I have been making pasta for some time but didn't have a rack--just hung the finished pasta wherever around the house (such as on the back of kitchen chairs). It works very nicely, is well-designed has has a number of good features. It is easily disassembled to be stored in its box and it is tall enough to accomodate long strands of pasta (some racks will not). I did have problems with one of the hanging rods being slightly larger in diameter than the rest and I sanded it down to fit. I also rubbed the rods with plain candle wax and polished them to make the rods slide more easily.

Good buy
Ordered this for the pasta rack for my mom for her birthday to go with a kitchen aide attachment for pasta. It worked great other than one of the pegs wouldn’t go through the center post, and instead only went through a few centimeters, leaving one very short arm and one very long one. We tried sanding it down and everyone in the family attempted it. So we ended up using it without the problem peg. I ordered this quickly without realizing the cutter was included, and it turned out to be my mom’s favorite part. She uses it for lasagna and ravioli and loves it :)

Some additional homework was needed....
Product is great except for one minor problem....There wasn’t a pre-drilled hole in the long dowel to screw it into the base...I had to drill one myself!Other than that it’s really quite perfect!! (That’s why it didn’t get 5-stars...and the pasta wheel was a great extra!

Just as advertised
Great product, works as it should, easy to store. The only (small) issue I had was that I sanded down the parts a bit, for them to fit together more easily and smooth out the surface so the pasta would slide on and off a little better.

This rack is useless
The holes drilled in the pole are too small. The horizontal rods are too big consequently the rods will not fit through the holes and the rack becomes useless. I am returning this item.

Damaged Wood
Everything was fine, assembled easy but I noticed a huge chunk missing from wood at bottom center.
