ADD-Friendly Ways to Organize Your Life: Strategies that Work from a Professional Organizer and a Renowned ADD Clinician

Aimed at working professionals
First off, full disclosure - I didn't make it through the entire book, probably because of my ADHD. It's actually written in a pretty ADHD-friendly way, with everything broken down into little chunks. But I still only made it a bit over half way through. The advice seemed pretty good, but I didn't really feel like I was the target audience. One of the authors, Judith Kolberg, is a professional organiser who helps people with ADHD get organised. So naturally, a bunch of the advice boils down to the kinds of things that professional organisers do in order to help the kinds of people who can actually afford a professional organiser but need a bit more help in their home or work lives (mostly middle class working professionals), and in a bunch of places the book suggests that hiring a professional organiser could help you get things together.I'm a totally broke 23-year-old who bought this a year ago while I was struggling to get through my degree. I don't have a work life, I can't even get into employment, and I could never afford a professional organiser. Some of the advice is pretty broadly applicable but a lot of it felt like it was a world apart from me. I just found a lot of it difficult to relate to at this stage in my life and I think that's probably part of why I didn't make it through the entire thing. But I'd really recommend it if you're middle class, age 25-60, and struggling to get organised.

Useful
Contains lots of useful strategies but can at times feel like a long form as for the professional organising services the authors offer. That's my only criticism though. Very helpful.
