Solid, sturdy and works as directed.I have thought for years that there needed to be a better way to use these microfiber mops? How does one rinse it out? And my sink was not where I wanted dirty mop water while I tried to dunk it and then awkwardly wring it out with my hands.I had it unboxed and put together in minutes.The thing is pretty self explanatory. I mopped my entire house consisting of wood laminate floors and it worked like a dream. Clean floors,Clean mop head and dirty water in a self contained bucket I could head outside with and dispose of.Swiffer is costly and you always have to spend more money in extra wet pads or the solution for the sprayer version. This is one and done and you can use whatever kind of cleaner you want. In the bathroom for our tile floors, I add a touch of bleach and it’s awesome.

I really loved this mop when I first bought it in September 2020. I had read the reviews on this and other more expensive brands and saw some comments about it breaking. I figured the users were possibly rough, and it is plastic, so... However, I was very gentle with it because of those comments and got one good year's worth of use out of it. Then I was mopping and it just broke off mid slide - January 2022. It was good while it lasted. Now the search for a new mop begins again. If the comments are the same, I may just buy this one again until they make the perfect mop to reach corners and under my sofas on my and wood flooring. I bough a second one this year, and it didn’t make it past 8 months before the head broke off. 2 stars for poor quality.

So I don’t write reviews for things unless it is a horrible product or a amazing one....this one is AMAZING! It was easy to assemble and so easy to use. I have used it for a month now and it’s such a life saver when it comes to cleaning the floors. Even my 8 year old loves to use this and he doesn’t like cleaning. The mop handle is adjustable so you can make it as tall or short to fit your needs and NO MORE bending over to ring out a mop! Oh and the pull out tabs for emptying the water....genious! It makes it easy to wash out the bucket when you are finished with it. Whoever thought of that aspect needs a raise. Did I mention this thing is amazing? Well it is! If you’re thinking about purchasing do it. It’s worth it.

The Vertex came with two pads. The grey pad worked fine. The white pad has some microfiber bristles, but is too thick and does not go through the slots easily. I pushed down hard and one of the tabs that attach onto the pad broke off. I will stick to the grey pad. Not sure it made any difference in cleaning. Love the concept. The rinsing action really does clean off the pad and I’m not just pushing a dirty mop head all over the floor! Seller was quick to replace the mop head. Five star for customer service.

Like the ease of rinsing

this is not a two sided bucket for dirty and clean water. The dry side is just so the mop head doesn't dip back into the water. The rinsed off water flows back into the clean water and does not stay on the dry side. Its exactly the same design as all the others. All in all its not a bad item but it could be better. Everyone asks the same questions so it beyond me why the designers couldn't update to solve these issues as it could be done very easily.Update after a few uses. I do like the mop but the larger bucket does nothing to make it superior to the other vendors that are selling similar designs. A narrower design would use less water and also make it lighter.

The greatest mop I HAVE EVER USED period! The two sides of the bucket is fantastic, your hand never touch the water and it does a phenomenal job at cleaning and drying the mop. The micro-fiber pad of the mop does a great job of cleaning the floor, the mop pole is strong and and durable. That was my biggest concern before buying the mop that the mop pole would break the first time I used it, but on this one it feel solid and durable. 5 stars to this product, glad that when I ordered that I ordered two, one for upstairs and one for downstairs.

Works great wet or dry mopping. Washing & ringing out the mop head function really does a great job. The mop handle is a bit flimsy especially when using the lengthening extension. Which I have to use since I'm 6'3" tall. Swiveling mop head seems to be built well & operates smoothly. The bucket could use some wheels & a baffle in the bottom of the water side to keep any debris from being pull back up from the bottom of the bucket. Reinforced handle would also be nice.It still does a great job but adding these extra features would make it excellent.
