Items arrives as expected and as described. It's very easy to use, light and thin. The writing and drawing with the pen is so simple and smooth, the drawing and writing are very clear, very close to using a pencil to draw/write on paper. You can have delicate control on how thick, thin or style of the drawing line. Perfect for kids to learn drawing, writing etc. My toddler is very happy to have this and uses it every day now. I am glad to save lots of paper, since you can re-use it just by pressing a button to clear it out. Yes, as stated here, you need to unlock the key to make it work which we had little issue in the beginning as well. Since it came in with an extra battery, this made us to think the pad didn't work at first because the battery was not installed:) Actually it loaded with a battery already and a spare one is very nice. So far so good.

I bought this for my 3 year old for his birthday and he loves it. Uses it all the time. I initially bought it so that he would stop writing on the walls. It has worked. Love that it came with 2 batteries. The first one is still going and it has been 2 months of constant use. It hasn't broken or punctured from his vigorous and powerful writing and drawing. It's better than a magnet writer. We both love that it sticks to the fridge with magnets. Though they are bit strong enough to keep it on the fridge for long. It slides down to the ground. It hasn't broken yet so to me it was worth the money. Easy to bring along on trips and to the store doctors waiting room etc.

I had to email the seller as it would not erase once I got it. It was then that I was informed that there is a lock switch on the side that needs to be unlocked to use it. Would have been nice to have some kind of instructions or directions explaining that. I wasted time with different batteries and contacting the seller when a little piece of paper would have been all that is needed. As for the product it seems to work well for now.

I got this as a birthday gift for my grandson. We all enjoyed drawing on it. It erases so easy with the push of a button and on to the next drawing.

Works great! I used to have one and I left it on my fridge, and this one I brought to my office to write reminders. It comes with a pen and an extra battery, unfortunately, my dog chewed on it, so I will have to get a new one when this battery runs out. This one doesn't come with magnets.

Great product, great price. Got this for 9 year old and she enjoys it for doodling and writing. Would be great if it included stencils or other writing tools as add-ons. Overall, very happy with purchase.

I received this item today. It’s was broken at the top and the screen had been written on before. It also looked damaged. I am NOT happy with this purchase!

My 2 1/2 year old daughter loves this! She 's having so much fun and she loves the smiley faces and fruits make on her pictures.
