After effects
As a medical student, I tried these gummies hoping they’d help with focus and alertness while studying. They definitely increased my concentration and energy for the first 1–2 hours, but the crash afterward was really intense. I experienced extreme drowsiness—my eyes were literally falling shut, and it almost felt sedative. Compared to regular coffee, the drop in alertness was much stronger and made it difficult to continue studying. So, while the initial boost was good, the crash made it counterproductive for me.
