I highly discourage anyone from buying this product. I ordered it and tried to use it to backup my hard-drive. It did not work.

This is a decent aluminum enclosure that will suffice for most any hard drive but is hard as hell to open. I nearly destroyed it just trying to open it to insert the SSD. A better method of closure would be much appreciated. That said, it possesses everything necessary for full functionality. Just don't expect to have an easy time trading out the contents.

Had a hard drive that was removed from a broken laptop. This was easy to use and worked without any issues. It’s was so nice to be able to retrieve most of my items (others were never put on hard drive). I would definitely recommend this to others.

I used this to house an old laptop harddrive I had. It was easy to install and the price was great. Works well.
