I was having trouble reaching my back in the shower. This does the trick! The quality is good, and the length is adequate to give a good scrub. The exfoliating section is not hard on the skin. I have not inserted a bar of soap into the pocket, but I like that it has that option. Instead I just soap up the exfoliating section. It rinses out nicely, and hangs up in the shower to dry. By the next morning, it is completely dry. I will order another one for when this one falls apart, but so far it shows no sign of doing so, and I have used it for six months.

I will say the length of this is very good, which is one of the reasons why I purchased it. I’ve had several of these over the years and I like them better than wooden/bamboo back scratched. Sometimes you get that piece of hair that gets caught in your back between the skin and the blouse and this can help you get rid of that, but this one was disappointing as far as the loofah portion went. It’s very flat. It’s not like a loofah and it’s just like a rough surface on one side but it’s not rough enough to actually scratch the skin on your back at all. I will have to look elsewhere and try and order some thing that works better for me.

Thought it would have been thicker.

This does the trick but I find the loofa a little too stiiff to conform to my back curves.

I've used loofahs to scrub my back for years. Unfortunately, I can never find the same loofah online that I purchased previously and liked. This loofah is pretty good except that it is quite long. Rather than use the handles provided to work the loofah, I just grab the ends of the loofah.

It is easy to use, like the little compartment in back to place your soap. Didn’t care to much that it just bunched up and curled up while I was still using it. But, for the most part it worked.

Yes, it is a loofah -- and yes you can wash your back with it, but it has absolutely no scrubbing feel to it. It is not much of an exfoliator which is what I was looking for. I have loofah sponges and face scrubbers that are rougher than this. This might as well be a wash rag as far as I am concerned. Way too smooth and soft. Not for me.I need more of a scruffy / exfoliating surface. I like to scrub and get my back clean so I will continue my search.

Length is approximate for large backs and wing span. Now we will see the test for time and duration.
