I would recommend that, if you intend to use these for appetite suppressing, you read the instructions on the bag.In my case, they work very well for that IF I drink a lot of water as stated on the package. If I don't drink water along with them, it does not have the same impact.They seem expensive, but when I use them as directed I can get by with one less meal per day so that helps pay for them.On the negative side, the stick can be annoying. Sometimes I will try to rip it out so I can just put the power-pop in my mouth as a hard candy. The pops seem to be produced either by hand or with old equipment. Some of them (I think the banana flavor might be one) aren't labeled.I don't get much of an energy boost effect out of them, but a friend of mine does. I would recommend getting one package, follow the directions, and then decide if it's worth it for you.

They are worth the money. I was buying dum dums to save money but it’s not worth the trade off for sugar and I would just end up eating them quickly. Power pops slow me down. The dentist isn’t happy about my sugar addiction. This is my solution!

I love these lollies! All of the flavors are wonderful !(with the exception of Candy Cane in my opinion because I am not a peppermint fan)I did what they said and drank the water before and after I ate the lolly and they totally kept me from craving in between meals. In general I am a sugar addict. I was eating way too much of it and it was effecting my health.I had gained a few unwanted pounds, but worse than that my blood sugar was going crazy because of everything I was eating. I couldn't workout without getting really weak and even dizzy. Anyway... with the Power Pops I can satisfy my inner addict and not eat the sugar that was making me feel so terrible. I just ordered 3 more bags and intend on making Power Pops a norm in my everyday at work routine and on the weekends when I just lay around, I can have a pop instead of grabbing a bag of chips or icecream. I am telling you...... TOTALLY WORTH IT, at least to me :) Thank you Essante Worldwide!

Great taste. I have been wanting to try these for a while. And I am not disappointed. Love all the flavors, only one flavor, Peach, didn't have very much taste. I take eat one with a glass of water as a snack. I don't follow the diet because I only have one per day. The Diet on the bag asks you to eat 3 per day with meals. I am already doing a diet I am happy with, I just wanted to give mine a boost, and have some candy.I ordered another bag, already. It is a dollar a sucker, so not too bad on price.Kids are not to eat these so I have to eat them in secret, as I have two small children. And I hide the bag.

When hoodia was all the rage I bought into craze and found these power pops with hoodia. They should be consumed with lots of water. The idea is that hoodia will be diluted and easily absorbed. SINCE EVERYONE HAS DIFFERENT TASTE PREFERENCE, suggest you buy a small sampler to find the flavors that you like. Here is My PERSONAL TASTE OPINION: some flavors are tasty and definitely remind you of pops, other flavors are just so odd they are hard to tolerate. The variety pack included: Cherry, Green Apple, Mountain Berry, Pina Colada, Cinnamon, Root Beer Float, Pink Lemonade, and Butter Pecan. Cherry tasted like a cough syrup - not a good flavor. Green Apple was not bad - can't say it was apple flavored, but not bad. Mountain Berry was also like cough syrup. Pina Colada was soapy in flavor. Cinnamon actually tasted like it was supposed to. Root Beer Float tasted like cola with a kick - so pretty good. Butter Pecan was not good at all. As for the appetite control, it seems to work fine whether because it is hoodia or because you drink 8 oz of water at the same time which fills you up. The more water you drink the more hunger control you will have.

I like these lollipops a lot for when I get the munchies or am bored/emotionally eating. I don’t know if they actually make you lose weight but they are really good for curbing cravings and they actually taste really good. I have one with a large glass of water and it will stop me from wanting to gorge out. I like them before bed so I don’t have the urge to eat my entire kitchen as a midnight snack. (Not recommending these to replace meals or curb normal hunger, but if you are someone like me who keeps eating even when you are full, they are really helpful.)

I've seen a few reviews complaining that you have to drink water before and after eating these but you should be doing that on a diet anyway so whatever. I think these really help when I'm having bad cravings, I can put off that craving with one of these for a few hours and by then the craving has passed. If not, I'll have another one, I really like the option of these instead of giving into that sugar craving. 28 calories isn't bad considering I would've had a candy bar with 220 calories if I didn't have these. I will be ordering more and I gave a few out for friends to try who will also be ordering some for themselves.

I really really like this product and brought this product twice already! Helps with cravings and been gradually losing weight. This really helps especially when you have a crazy sweet tooth! I bring two power pops everywhere like to school and when I go out because sometimes it could be difficult to eat. I really want to buy these again but the price gone up. I would definitely give it a 5 star but the price change kind of made me sad. If anyone has the money to buy definitely buy these for weight loss!
