I have trouble wih the strap sliding off my right shouldet** A: If the suspender strap is adjusted properly it shouldn't slip off your shoulder. It is possible your one shoulder is a little lower than the other. Make sure it is adjusted a little tighter on your right shoulder. Mine will sometimes slip off of my shoulders when I do something like moving my pants upward which will loosen the tension of one or both sides. The stitching and joining piece is well made and fits flat against your back. They do the job reasonably well. My only negative comment would be the metalwork which feels cheap, has some sharp edges and the claws may shred more delicate fabrics. They don't work very well on smooth fabrics like waterproof trousers as the jaws don't grip. It would have been better if the grippers squeezed the fabric rather than use sharp teeth which may, over time, damage the trousers they are holding up.
