Interlocking Banana Combs Hair Clip French Side Comb Holder 80's 90's Soft and Bendable Plastic Updo Hair Clip (Tort)

I had one (1) Banana Comb of this style that I loved so much when it broke, then broke again, I kept wiring it together! Therefore, I was overjoyed to find these combs. I like the "fuller hair" look this comb provides, and that it takes weight of hair off the neck and from around the face. This comb works for layered hair as well. I find it comfortable, and acceptable to wear anywhere and everywhere. Yes, I have hair that does not have to be pulled back in to a tight and unappealing ponytail!

Was concerned that the flexible piece is much shorter than others that I've owned, since my hair is VERY thick, but no worries. It ends up looking more like a ponytail than the looser gathering of those with longer flex section, but it's nice to have choices. Very happy with my purchase, great price. I purchased 2 colors (black and tortoise) and seller even included a third as a gift, along with 2 small hair clips that I'll pass on to my neighbor's girls.

Have been looking for these forever. I had several and when they broke I had difficulty finding them stores. I have moderate length thick curly hair that I like to wear up in the heat of Summer. Nothing works...except these combs. So easy to use...very sturdy and once I put my hair up...it stays up!

This is useless. It does not interlock together to close and when I tried to stretch it to bring the ends together more the bungee part bottom snapped.

I have been wearing these all summer. Had to buy another brown one for myself and one for a friend. These are so easyto put your hair up in and they stay in, unlike the old banana clips. The loop on the bottom gives it plenty of room for long and or heavy hair.

Not as comfortable as my old one, which I still use but is missing teeth in the comb.I don't know why the hair comb part sticks into my scalp...it looks just like my old one.I do wear it, but have to really work with it to get it to some point of comfort.Looks nice once in.

This comb is not like the ones from the 80's or 90's. The loop part of the comb is 2 to 3 inches shorter than the earlier ones and is not long enough to clasp your hair in a pony tail. When you try to stretch out the comb it is not flexible enough and breaks. I still have an unused comb from long ago and have measured it to the new ones, no comparison.

It holds my hair great the only problem was it did not have the colors that it showed in the picture and it was only brown.but the product is great.
