Great alternative to Lorazepam !!!
This stuff is AWESOME, I was taking lorazepam for anxiety attacks, now, I'll take one of these in the morning, and one in the afternoon = PERFECT. Plus, I was suffering from a Magnesium deficiency (TY J. D. Kincheloe) that I was unaware I had, so I added a Magnesium-Zinc-Calcium supplement to my vitamin regimen, and I have noticed (as well as family/friends/co-workers) a HUGE difference in my overall attitude/personality/well being/stress levels, and the fact that I can smile/laugh WAY more often than before. QUESTION THIS PRODUCT
It worked somewhat for 3-4 days, then just fizzled out. No response after then. The product appeared to be degrading. There is no neutrientnature.com website as stated on the bottle, when searching the web, unsure how safe this product is.

Beware: If you have a sensitivity to valerian or if you have night terrors, DO NOT TAKE THESE!!! I do not have a sensitivity, but this is a pretty potent supplement. I only take half of the suggested dosage. I took the full dosage, and I had really crazy dreams and woke up with a night terror. I know it's the valerian, because my brother has a propensity for night terrors, and I'm extremely protective of him taking valerian. Just beware of that.Besides that, they're pretty effective in helping me stay calm. I am currently writing my dissertation (yes, I am taking a well needed break, and wasting time writing reviews), and this supplement has helped me.
