This product does exactly what it is intended for, correcting poor shot form and creating better shot form. My child started basketball this year and had some bad shooting habits. Within one session of using this product she has immediately corrected her shot and increased her performance.While it might not be the most comfortable thing to wear, it absolutely works. A few minutes a day practicing with this and any bad habits or poor form will be corrected in no time.

Have only used twice but saw an improvement in foul shooting in next game. I look forward to using it more consistently to see the results.

This is the second Shot Coach we have bought because our son took his to college with him. Bought our first for him when he was a junior in high school and after using this all summer his Free Throw Percentage when up 15% and now he is playing College basketball! We bought another one for our daughter who will be a freshman in high school and will be hoping to follow in her brothers foot steps!! The shot coach really does help transform your shot and thankfully we have seen the results! Highly recommend, quality is phenomenal as well.

Will help some but takes lots of use and it's very uncomfortable for players.

I absolutely love this product, got it to correct some of the boys form that I coach on a Christian school team. Got it and tried it myself, it takes a little getting used to. First probably 10 shots I hit maybe 1 while wearing it just due to how weird it felt wearing it, after those shots I started hitting all net with it and maybe missed 1 out of 20 shots. Took it off and shot then and continued to hit them. Can’t wait to have some of the boys wear it!!

messes up your form

Honestly, i found using it more annoying than anything. Shooting with it definitely takes some adjusting. However it felt too awkward and rigid for me to use it more often. After about 15 or so shots I took it off. It just didn't really work well for me.However, interestingly from using this, i did learn a few things about my shot that i needed to implement more. For starters I realize that I needed to jump more (a little higher) when shooting. And secondly to make sure my guide thumb (non shooting hand) was off the ball.I suppose for the money i paid maybe that feedback i learned added some value to the experience. But at the end of the day i just didn't feel like the device was for me.

If you have a kid trying to improve their shot get this now!! I know this will work. I watched my son % of made shots increased by over 20% in the first week.
