Best buy for tiger balm
I love tiger balm because unlike some menthol based products it doesn't burn my skin in order to treat my pain and this is cheaper than the little tiny jars from the store. I'm able to use it on the back of my neck and on my temples without it causing me extra pain. I have pain all over and our government has gone insane thinking that denying pain medication to the 66 billion people who are suffering from pain daily is the best way to treat the 2% of people who suffer from addiction so if you're one of the 20% being tortured by the insane government this helps like a bandage on a bleeding femoral artery but it is cheaper than at other places!

This stuff's the best for joint pain!
I've always been a fan of tiger balm. I prefer the red kind for the warming effect- if you're hoping for cooling, you should try the white tiger balm instead. It helps a lot when my knees are bothering me and I rather like the smell, although some might find it a bit strong.

Smells much nicer than Vicks. It seems to be a bit more effective for sinus pain.
When I received this I immediately opened the jar. The scent of this stuff is just delightful! There isn’t a lot in the jar so it’s probably not a smart idea to rub it on a large surfaces.I decided to try it for sinus pain. I have gustatory rhinitis. That means my nose runs like an open faucet when I eat. I’m not exaggerating- I go through several Kleenex each time I eat. What a nuisance! When my sinuses hurt, I rub a small quantity of this on my upper lip. It seems to open up my sinuses. (Plus the smell is great. It reminds me of an Apple Cinnamon pie or Yankee Candle.) As long as I use it sparingly, I won’t go through the jar in a couple of applications. It’s a great alternative to a salve that smells like medicine!

BE CAREFUL! Might be fake.
I misplaced the bottle of red tiger balm I bought from a pharmacy in Singapore. Ordered this from Amazon. After using this tiger balm, within 30 mins, rashes with small water blisters started appearing on both my arms and hands. Super itchy. Not sure if it is fake or what. I've used both pharmacy bought red and white tiger balms for years and never had any adverse effects.Update: Found the bottle i bought from a SG pharmacy on Fri, used it on the same areas. Been using for 2 days, no rashes or any adverse effects. So this Amazon-bought product might either be fake or some substandard product from the factory.

Works great as a cough and sinus relief option
I use tiger balm like someone would use vicks vaporub. I find that it's really effective on a cough or sinus infection. Also putting some behind your ears help to breathe it in. I use it for other aches and pains but prefer using the patch of tiger balm for actual muscle pain.
