I agree with Doc. This unit didn't work at all. But there is a silver lining to the story.Oftentimes it is the customer service that stands out beyond the product. In my case, I brought the larger Touchless Countertop Dispenser from Showerdoordirect earlier for the kitchen after trying a different one from Bed Bath & Beyond. This unit rocks! The best thing is the 'on-off' and soap volume feature. It dispenses the perfect amount for everyone in the family (from a very small to a rather large amount).Now back to customer service. I bought this smaller unit for the bathroom a few weeks back and couldn't get it to work, so I sent it back to Amazon. They could only give me a refund because it wasn't sold by them, just shipped. However, on the same day Amazon acknowledged they received the unit, I got an email from the Showerdoordirect. They were quick to apologize and offered to ship me another one ASAP, if I wanted, which I did. So, not only did they ship another one, they shipped the more expensive (almost double the price of this one) for the same price! Now, you don't get service like that too often these days! So, kudos to Showerdoordirect!Get the larger unit and you won't be sorry!  Touchless Countertop or Wall Dispenser (Black/Chrome) (8.75"H x 3.25"W x 6.25"D) 1 star for the product.........5 stars for the seller!

This went back. It went off and dripped constantly. I was going to deal with it until I got tired of it. Then, I went to clean it and noticed spots all over it. It was discoloring/rusting! UGH! And in a bathroom that gets little use. Back it went! I had it just over two weeks.

Very nice looking, we liked the sensor which worked fine for about 6 months. We did not try to send it back to the company; just bought a similar looking dispenser, but which worked by pressing down on the top.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The seller didn't only send mea DEAD dispenser, but it was a physical store return dated 02.17.20 and had soap in it. STAY AWAY

This product worked for a couple of weeks and stop working. It looks great and is the perfect size but the sensor stops

Ce distributeur à savon nous sert fort agréablement une petite quantité de savon pour le fréquent lavage des mains, en cuisine. Fort utile surout que la machine répond à la demande sans qu'on y touche...Pour ménager la petite pile d'alimentation nous fermons l'apparel après chaque usage.

I love the look and its pratical when your hands are dirty no need to touch and make a mess . What i dont like is you need to be careful because its easy to be working around the sink and activate the dispenser and get soap all over .

Looking for a dispenser to sit beside the kitchen sink. Not a lot of room there do had to be compact but have a useful reservoir. This is a decent product; a little fast in delivering the soap. A bit of soap ends up on the counter before my hand gets under the nozzle.

This item does not work well. The canister is filled with soap but when the sensor is activated soap comes out sometimes and not others. It’s very random, i have had to activate the sensor 4 to 5 times continuously and nothing came out. I can hear the motor doing something but still no soap comes out.

Love it.Hands free,great for this covid pandemic.
