I am currently creating a series of Oriental greeting cards and I wanted a heavy paper stock to use as a background or stand-alone pattern. Amazon carries a beautiful 12x12 paper stack called The Far East. There are 48 sheets with two sheets each of 24 patterns. Half is foil. They are single-sided sheets. The patterns are beautiful. One card sample depicts an oriental couple, and this sheet was cut to fit the front of the card (5X7). The second card with the crane used a sheet with a gold on green background. The third fan card uses a patterned, green and gold foil sheet. The crane is one of a set of four oriental die cuts from Amazon. The fan is also a die cut available on Amazon. The fan tassel is also from Amazon.

This set is so beautiful! It is thick and is great quality. I am using mine in bullet journals. It may be a bit thick for some’s taste in a bullet journal but I don’t mind if at all. I will post pictures when I have time.

If you like Asian...this is the collection for you. It has beautiful patterns with foil and bling. I am working on family history and my husband was Chinese and Mexican. This will be great for his family pictures. But it is a good choice for anyone to add to their stash. You can never go wrong with DCWV! I have never been disappointed. I purchased a 2nd pack from the DCWV website with this pattern, on sale. The 48 page packs always have foiling on half of the pages. This pack does have pages with tags that sentiments can go on. There are 2 pages of each pattern in the pack. Some of the patterns aren't necessarily Asian, while others are definitely ! The picture shown by one of the reviewers does not show the paper justice AT ALL. Buy it and I promise you won't be disappointed.

I hadn't realized when I ordered it but some of the designs shown are only on the corners of the pages, not a full page. If I had known that, I wouldn't have ordered it.

Gorgeous! I really like these. But, I do think these pages need to be more colorful. I found a lot of them to be muted in color, which isn’t a deal breaker, but with more color, it would certainly reflect East Asian designs more.

I use this cardstock to make greeting cards. They are multifunctonal and great for paper crafting or scrap booking. Images not bright but most oriental designs aren't. There are 48 sheets of 12x12 acid free sheets, some with gold foil inter mingled. Very nice cardstock, very nice price for all of that.

This is nice quality paper with single-side Asian designs. I use the paper to make greeting cards and gift bags, and it will work well for those purposes. The designs would also be good for scrapbook pages, however. A good quality package.

I don't do scrapbooking. I use most of my papers for art journaling, card making, covering composition books and making Jr. Legal Pad Covers. This paper pack is stunning, no matter what you use it for. The metallic papers are subtle and the metallic is used more as an enhancement to the paper than "over the top" flash and shine. This paper pack is very feminine, beautiful mixture of pastel and neutral colors and the paper itself is very high quality. I'm really looking forward to diving in and using this and seeing what kind of beautiful pieces I can create with it. Very, very pretty.

This paper is exactly what I was looking for. It's gorgeous and a heavy enough weight to be used for notebook covers.

Some of the papers were lovely. The others were not. A bit disappointing after reading the reviews. Not everyone likes the same things but I wouldn’t buy any more.
