CloudWalker 80 cm (32 inches) 4K Ready Smart HD Ready LED TV 32SHX2 (Black)

So here I am to review this TV that I purchased from the Amazon Prime day sale at a discounted price, after 2 months of usage. I was promised next day delivery on purchase but unfortunately it turned up a day later, installation was quick as I had scheduled the jeeves representative to come on the same day that the TV was to be delivered. On start up my first impressions were pretty satisfying, I'm told that you get a lifetime membership for Movie Box, so that's the good part. Being an avid smart TV buff, I went straight for the Youtube app - and I wasn't disappointed with the performance testing Low Quality to 4K videos, Yes this TV does render some great 1080p videos on Youtube, flawlessly at most times. 4k to be tested. Thereafter I tried my Dish channels and that too was fine, Picture quality is DECENT, It could have been brighter, for some reason I'm always desiring for some more brightness when I switch on this TV, guess that would need me to invest in a different OLED TV. In my case the TV adorns my bedroom wall, so pretty satisfied with what one would expect from a TV placed in the bedroom and did I mention the sound quality is pretty decent for a small to mid size room. Just to add, I have an additional sound bar too....Now over to other apps of the Smart TV, well honestly at 1 Gb Ram and 8 Gigs of ROM I wasn't expecting great performance and neither did I try installing more apps as when I did, most apps seemed to lag or there was constant stuttering and buffering when I did try a few, so not a great smart TV experience. I would blame that on the hardware config mentioned above. The one app that I really wanted being an Amazon prime member though is the the Prime tv app. Prime video does install successfully but for some reason the app auto closes after 10 secs of playing a video. Also the mirroring doesn't work too great, it plays Videos in whatever mode the video is shot and some play Video on TV and sound from the mobile, really crazy. So wanting a solution for the above, I emailed Cloud Walker and I must say their response was quick. The gist of their email response was that a rep would get back to me shortly, .....Well, its been more than a fortnight now and no response from any rep. I even did a follow up on 2 ocassions and got the same response that a rep would call/email me soon but the same old stuff nobody called or emailed a solution. After this long wait I got my answer and I have reason to believe that there are NO solutions for the TV mirroring and the Amazon prime app. In any case Ive already picked up a good Android box to go with the TV so it doesnt matter now.I'd still give it 3 stars based on the pricing to the performance ratio, In the end its the basic law of commerce- "You get what you pay for" so cant do much about that and I guess you learn and train yourself to be satisfied with what you buy.Original Rating 3 StarsUPDATE on 16th Nov - 2 StarsOk so further disaster here. I was among the few to pre-order the Amazon Firestick. I was looking forward to get the firestick 4K for this TV as I was of the assumption that I would play 4k content on my Cloudwalker TV. But that excitement was shortlived as when I plugged in the firestick 4k device to the TVs HDMI input and had Alexa playing Tom Clancy (Latest 4k Serial) I got a message thats the HDMI port was not HDCP 2.2 and it would play in only 1080p. (Pic attached)So I googled HDCP 2.2 to find more about it.... What is HDCP 2.2? It is a technology designed to prevent illegal copying of 4K Ultra HD content. Every link in your video chain must support HDCP 2.2 — your TV, video source, and any component the video signal passes through. ... HDMI 2.0 is also required for TVs and components to be able to pass 4K video.To my surprise its not even some new technology.... its a 2014 update. What a disappointment ??? I mean you would expect a 2018 4k TV to play 4k content isn't it? Worse still some of the other TVs in the same price segment have this technology.No offence and nothing personal Cloud Walker but this would have been better had it been advertised as a HD TV, Isnt it ?On the flip side you guys have a Gr8 and prompt customer service team and Kudos to that, really hard luck your hardware is redundant

TV stopped connecting to internet. And the service Engineer declined to come havealook at the product. Had to return it eventually.

Cons- No Software Updates . Hangs alot . Netflix /Amazon Prime does not work .Pros - Good sound Quality,Good Picture quality ,Remote with inbuilt air mouse

Product comes with remote+batteries,manual,wall mount....Good picture quality,but sound quality is not that good according to the TV .....u can go for f&d fx3800 5.1 home theater with the TV..... installation was done the next day of my delivery....... installation guy was trained enough to install the TV... installation is basic and very easy to do it yourself but ...Guys it my request not to open the package out of curiosity,cos if the product is damaged beforehand,u will not get the warranty and the product will not be replaced.so wait for the engineer to come and he will only open it ,so if it was damaged or defective ,he can generate ur request for replacement....rest guys awesome product for this price range.....works marvellous with HD channels and u can watch sd channels but u will not feel the punch of the TV.....

TV is great, slim and value for the money, i am happy with the purchase. I got this one at 30K in August sale and bank disc. and hence feel a good deal.Display is good, watch HD channels and it is great to view. the display pannel should have been IPS as I had seen on other TV's it is strong as it resists some minor or normal touch or hit.Sound is good, not bad at all... those complaining, guys this is an LED TV dont expect a music system sound.Smart features, yes they are great, many inbuilt apps and enjoy lot of content from CDE and moviebox, you can install any apps into this.It does not have an inbuilt android playstore but you can anytime go to playstore from the browser and install anything you want, even the amazon prime app.In general, and my personal experience, any smart features are just some days craze and goes off gradually. and we end up using only the TV as display for set top box.If in tight budget, Get a full HD 50" non-smart TV in 22-25K, get chromecast or firestick within 2-3k to make it smart.Choice is urs.... I wanted all in the TV inbuilt hence got this one.amazon does not offer extended warranty, i would opt for one if had a chance. and it is the need of time to be tension free for atleast 3 years. but this one gets only 1 year.Else, amazon delivery was good and installation prompt. Followup and customer service 5star!
