GO ON YOUR PHONE SETTINGS FIND APPS GO TO APPS SETTINGS THEN FIND P GEAR OR GO TO P GEAR SEARCH WHEN IT POP UP P GEAR PRESS NOTIFICATIONS PRESS ALLOWED THEN PERMISSIOS ALLOW CAMERA, LOCATION ALLOW ,MIC ALLOW MUSIC ,AUDIO,NAERBY DEVICES,NOTIFICATION,,PHONE,PHOTOS AND VIDEOES GRANT PERMISSIONS AND THE GO BACK TO APP THEN RECONNTE AND YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO SET UP YOUR APP WHEN YOU OPEN

Working Perfect
Received the latest P Gear unit and immediately put it to use. I decided to go with P Gear over other brands because I like the layout of the information provided within the app.

Mickey mouse App - Customer suppoort is worse
The PGear cannot be used without their app. I tried to install it 6 times & it refused to display the agreement that must be accepted to use the app. There's no way to bypass this step or to accept it without reading it. I Emailed customer support but received no response. I sent the worthless POS back.
