Hi. I’m. It exactly sure what your questions is. If you order directly from the Glossier site, it’s less expensive and you’re guaranteed the genuine fragrance. I’m not sure that happened with my purchase via Amazon. Everyone I know raves about the scent and the sillage. What I received didn’t smell great, and thankfully didn’t last at all. I’m not sure how to gauge whether my purchase was genuine Glossier or not. I know of myriad other consumers who buy something via Amazon and it’s not genuine, or it’s old.

Amazon is not a Glossier authorized retailer so all products are sold by 3rd parties, who can set any price they want. Buying from the brand or their authorized retailers ensures you're getting an authentic product and aren't overpaying.

I don’t know. I felt stupid after purchasing via Amazon and seeing the price difference on the actual product site. I especially felt stupid because there’s no way the fragatabxe I received could possibly be what everyone I k ow is raving about.
