This elliptical machine comes well boxed with instructions and remote control.The elliptical machine is a great way of working out whilst sitting at your desk giving you the freedom to do both desk work or just sitting on your couch whilst getting your legs into a good workout routine at the same time.This particular machine is well made and quite heavy although features handy carry handles underneath which makes moving it around very easy. The hard plastic outer shell is very sturdy and should take some punishment. Both of the footrests have plenty of space for any sized feet and have elevated treads on both for further traction whilst in use.There is a 1.5 metre power lead with the machine to connect it into the mains. When using the machine it has a display on the top of it for providing information for Time, Distance, Speed, Counter and Calories burnt. The machine can also be set for forward motion and reverse to your liking. With a total of 12 speed levels which should be good enough for any workout.Overall this is a great intuitive elliptical machine to use and is currently priced very competitively with a discount.

More for a disabled person or someone needing to build muscle who has none

This item arrived and not as described. Disappointed.

This was my second attempt to acquire an elliptical pedal exerciser machine. At first, all was well. I used it for the set 15 minute programmes about four times a day, and was feeling a definite improvement in my mobility.But then l started to hear another noise when in use, which was not the motor. A clicking sound, which got more & more irritating. I used the lubricant which came with the machine, but that was for the runners/tracks & it made no difference to the problem.When l ran the machine without my feet on the pedals it was OK! Soon as l put them back on the clicking returned. Instead of it relaxing me, using it now got on my nerves as it was getting louder & faster. So its going back for a refund.

I'm disabled and have poor mobility, and as my skin is starting to breakdown because of it I decided to buy this to help with that.It does help, and in only a short time my skin has improved.The only issue that I have is that I have a hard tiled floor, and it slips whilst using it, and being disabled I find it difficult to sort it out as have difficulty bending down to it. I did buy a non slip rubber mat, but even that slips on the floor; so my suggestion for improvement would be something that prevents this underneath the unit?

It's quite light, rather plasticky and it's very quiet with a slight whine at the faster speeds (10-12) It looks well made.Can be used with or without a remote and with or without power.It's simple to use, the screen scrolls through each of the settings, I don't think it can be set to just view time or calories or steps.It has 12 different programs to suit from gentle walk to a more vigorous run from seated. It takes you from slow to fast then slow with each program having a different peak speed.It walks you in forward and backwards.It doesn't move or vibrate when in use.Overall it's good and does what it claims.Can recommend.
