 My son LOVES his night light. He loves star wars and R2D2. I love that it gives off enough light without making it too bright. It doesn't get hot and easy to turn off. He also gets a kick out of having a different color each night.

I originally gave this review of one star because it looked like an opaque milk carton plastic until I realized that I had only removed the plastic covering from one side of the acrylic plate. It is very difficult to see that there are actually two sides that are covered don't make the same mistake as I did. ..remove both plastic coverings.

I purchased this product March of 2018. I read the reviews carefully and was skeptical about purchasing because several people mentioned the product not working when it arrived/shortly after using.1. I have no idea why buyers are having an issue with the way it looks...it is EXACTLY as pictured! SUPER AWESOME lighting (bright), neat colors, and a cool product! It doesn't reflect on to the walls and it's not technically 3D but the illusion is basically just as good for this product as a nightlight!2. I kept mine in the box for the first few months because I was so worried it wouldn't last (based on other reviews). When I did open it to put it out less than two months ago, SUPER PLEASED with the product itself buuuuut.... unfortunately, it has already stopped working. I took extra good care, not moving it around, turning it off after use. When I go to push the power on button, it does nothing anymore.3. Considering re-ordering because I love the product so much but I don't want to be disappointed again in a short time when/if it breaks.

My oldest son bought this for his younger brother Jacob who is a huge star wars fan. He is also afraid of what could be hiding in the dark. R2D2 is a bit brighter than a typical night light. He provides a nice soft glow throughout the room. He ensures there aren't any spooky shadows. Unfortunately one of the ports broke after awhile, but the seller was very nice and they sent us a new base free of charge. When the base arrived Jacob exclaimed "finally, I can sleep!"

I was looking for an additional gift for my husband. I saw an advert for one of these come up on my Facebook but it was for more money and in my opinion too pricey. I decided to check out Amazon and found the same item from a different supplier but half the price. It was perfect! We have an American bulldog and this lamp is very much in her likeness. She could have posed for it! Now it sits near his computer and he loves it.

This is a flat piece of shaped plexiglass that has the image drawn on it. When the lights shine up through the plexiglass it “appears” to be 3D. You also cannot wave your hand through the light. All that said, these are ingenious little night lights that do shine up in single or changing colors. The kids love them, both young & old. Some take batteries but all have USB cable

The light is compact but has a very bright glow (though you can soften the glow by cycling through the different colors) and works well as a fun night light for your room. There are protective covers on both sides of the plate to help keep it clean and safe before use. It’s a simple set up, and is a touch lamp so it’s very user friendly! The only negative thing I have found about this so far is that a few of the color choices seem a little blurry. For example, if you choose the white light the lines forming R2 are crisp and defined, but if you choose purple, there seems to me to be a fuzziness to the lines and they seem less defined. However, with the many color choices it didn’t diminish my enjoyment.

I bought this for my 7 year old nephew who recently went to his first aquarium and is now fascinated with sharks. I read many of the reviews, both pro and con, looked at the pictures and read the product description. I felt like I had a good idea of what I was going to be getting and when I opened the box (which arrived on time), it was exactly what I had envisioned. I appreciated the careful packaging as well. My nephew thought it was very cool. If I had a concern, it would be for perhaps a longer connection so that location of the night light not be as limited. But it's super cute and I just like the fact that it's different and not something that I'd normally find. And that's a good thing. Thought it was good price for the value as well. Thanks for putting a smile on a kid's face!
