Exactly the same as my therapist's office
This weight is identical to the one that I use at the physical therapist's office. The materials are sturdy, and stitching is appropriately robust.I was originally looking at getting 1) a pair of weights, that 2) were adjustable up to 10 lbs each. After doing some research, though, those models seemed bulkier and like the stretchy material would wear out over time.Realistically, for the specific home exercise I need to do, I only need a single weight anyway, so I decided to go for this beefy, dedicated, 10 lb model. I'm glad I did. Practically speaking, this is a lifetime purchase for me; I can't imagine it's going to wear out outside of a professional office setting. If I need a second one or a different weight in the future, I'll buy more.

Belle finition, bouge un peu aux poignets, ne chauffe pas
Contact agréable, lisse et ne chauffe pas du tout même après un gros effort.Ces poids bougent un peu sur mes poignets qui ne doivent pas être assez épais : 16 cm maximum sur la zone concernée. Ils bougent aussi un peu sur mes chevilles mais peu : 23 cm au maximum de tour de cheville.Le poids est exact, 230 g chacun.Discret sous un jean pour la marche, je les oublie complètement.La très grande longueur de scratch permet de les adapter par-dessus un pantalon par exemple.
