GOLUX Multi-Use Smart Convection Countertop Ovens with 5 Drying Trays, Digital Temperature Controls and Timer, with Food Dehydrator Function

Works excellent as a dehydrator and oven. I have 2 other ovens in the kitchen, yet I find myself using this 90% of the time. I like that it can be set to really low temperatures, and it has plenty of racks. The only downsides are it doesn't fit my 9 x 13 pans (I'm looking for some that will fit) and it doesn't work well to make toast - there are only 2 heating bars. The alarm tone is slightly annoying as well - it sounds like a smoke detector.

The front control panel is falling off and the "instruction" book is useless. I can't even get the Convection to work. Half of the buttons do not work on the control panel. If the instruction book was more detailed or helpful may be I could figure this machine out. Right now it is a gigantic glorified toaster.

This may be a good oven for some things but it is not a great oven for cooking multiple trays of cookies. Doesn't cook evenly and I couldn't adjust the temperature of the convection oven.

The negatives first. The heating elements are poorly spaced for grilling or toasting, and the time to grill or toast poorly is way too long. Now to the good stuff. As an oven, it rocks. As a convection oven it is also excellent: and as a dehydrator terrific. The cookbook is of dubious value except for a dehydrating chart near the back. The oven use instructions are next to useless, however it has rather intuitive controls, so instructions are (luckily) not really necessary. I am happy with the unit and would buy it again: but I do own a toaster, and a bar-b-cue grill: so all I wanted (neded} was a tabletop oven and dehydrator.

Just received it today. The instruction booklet is useless. It does not tell what was supposed to be included in the box or how it fits in the oven.After using this for 2 months and figuring out the oven I can say that I would buy this again. I use it everyday. I stand by what I said about the instruction booklet being useless. The oven and dehydrator works great and I would miss not having it!

I really really wanted to like this item and was so looking forward to getting this combo. First one arrived with dings and scratches clearly not new control panel falling off. Of course so I exchanged it and got the second one today. While the outer appearance actually appears unused when I plugged it in only half of the control actually work. Don't Waste your money!!

I have only had it for several weeks. So far it has performed well. I am using this to dehydrate goat milk for winter soap making. I purchased small cookie sheets and since there are 5 racks can do 5 at a time. Love it. Will review again in the future after using it to bake something.On the down side, the directions are lacking but it is pretty easy to figure out how to use the keypad.
