A Note for Hackintosh Builders
For those of you looking for a WiFi/ Bluetooth solution for your Hackintosh build, here is some clarification that I hope will help somebody out:This adapter will allow you to install a Broadcom BCM94360CD wireless card into your Hackintosh rig (the BCM94360CD is the wireless card originally used in the iMac). Be aware, however, that not all wireless cards based on the BCM94360 chipset are identical, and not any old BCM94360-based wireless card will work with this specific adapter. For example, the similar-but-slightly-different Broadcom BCM943602CS wireless card will NOT work with this adapter (the BCM943602CS card was used in Apple's MacBook Air). What's the difference between the BCM94360CD and the BCM943602CS wireless cards? Well, on the BCM943602CS card, the little posts you attach the antenna leads to are slightly smaller than the posts on the BCM94360CD.This difference may seem trivial, but it's actually quite important. So, let me repeat: the antenna leads found on this adapter are for the larger posts of the BCM943602CD wireless card, and are incompatible with the smaller posts on the BCM943602CS wireless card.If you want to use a BCM943602CS, there is a different adapter available here on Amazon (and some other websites). Here is a link to that product:https://www.amazon.com/Bluetooth-Hackintosh-BCM943224PCIEBT2-bcm94360CS2-BCM943602CS/dp/B076KBBFV4/ref=sr_1_1?crid=31WUJXCWKOYH9&keywords=bcm943602cs+adapter&qid=1552441185&s=gateway&sprefix=BCM943602CS+a%2Caps%2C159&sr=8-1Also, be aware that there seems to be some luck involved with getting one of these adapters that works as it's supposed to, even when paired with a card that fits. Some are just junk, and don't work. I did have success getting the adapter I bought via this listing up and running, so assuming you get one from the same batch you should be okay.If you want to use one of these cards for WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity while booted into Windows, the Windows drivers you get via Apple's Boot Camp Assistant will do the trick. I realize getting hold of these drivers might prove tricky for those without access to a proper Mac, but it is what it is. You can probably find them via a Google search. For WiFi functionality, you'll need the Bootcamp driver labeled "BroadcomWirelessWin8x64.exe" (which works just fine in Windows 10). For Bluetooth, the driver you need is simply referred to as "BroadcomBluetooth64.exe". Getting Bluetooth up and running takes a bit of work under the Windows 10 hood, but it'll work great once you figure it out. There are also some third-party manufacturers out there, selling a variety of aftermarket BCM94360 cards that plug directly into a PCIe x1 slot (no adapter involved). Some Hackintosh builders have reported good success using these all-in-one aftermarket units. Keep in mind, however, most of these third-party all-in-one cards are WiFi only - with no Bluetooth radio included on the card.Good luck, and I hope this write-up helps somebody out!

Broke wifi chip when installing
First off, the "instructions" provided are essentially "what you already know" pictures. Nothing specific about which antenna should be plugged into which port exactly so you're left flicking the chip and adapter around until you figure it out (just hoping it's right, I don't actually know.)Should you happen to make a mistake in putting on antenna clip in on the wrong direction, be overly cautious about removing it. Using a normal amount of force for these antenna clips, I had the port on the wifi chip break off, rendering it useless. So this one poor product choice has now cost me a $40 wifi adapter as well on top. Along with needing to buy another adapter.

two different models pictured, got the second one
If you look closely, you'll see that the PCB in the first four pictures is smaller than the PCB in the last three. I received the larger PCB; unfortunately for my application (an In Win Chopin) this doesn't fit.

Buy if you perfectly know what this is
Works fine on my PC, even without connecting the big antennas. It only works with special "Apple style" cards, and does _not_ support standard mini-PCIe cards.Note that it card comes with no instructions whatsoever.

Just holds a WiFi card
Just holds a WiFi card

Works great
Works great on my Hackintosh. WiFi uses PCIe and Bluetooth uses the USB header, which also works for HID proxy so you can use a wireless keyboard and mouse in the BIOS.

Great product, works perfectly
Perfectly working, easy install, however only thing they could do better is the instructions on how to apply the attennas to the wifi card. It is kind of tricky

Works perfect on hackintosh
It looks very good quality. I've set up this to Hackintosh with BCM94331CD WiFi/Bluetooth card. It can be plugged into PCI Express 16. It works perfectly.
