Good stretchability and will not break!
I've used them almost daily for a year straight and they've served me well. I don't know how other people have damaged them to the point where they've torn or broken, but I haven't had that happen to me and like anything, if you take good care of it, it'll last. Great value for money!

Short stretch length
If you are serious about your workouts then you'll agree with me that the bands do not stretch very far, pretty much unusable.I spent a little extra and got the rogue fitness bands. Night and day difference.
