Very well made sling.
This is an extremely well made sling. The design is great. The choice of materials is great - all hardware is metal and there is a very grippy material against your clothing. The only negative for me is that it’s not made in the U.S.A. I like to have American workers making my products whenever possible and if necessary, I would gladly pay more for Made in USA products.

Comfortable and durable.
Very comfortable, very durable, and easy to set up. It's a shoulder sling nothing much more to say. Its held up for a year of pretty consistent use on a few guns.

Better than expected
This sling is constructed very well. The non-slip is great, has the thumb loop, strap is very easy to adjust even with arthritic hands. It will look great on my rifle that has Reaper colored synthetic stock. Just ordered the orange/black one for my crossbow.

Five Stars
Love this sling. A little stiff at first, but works in well.**Updated after using for a few times (and a question from a potential buyer). This sling is still a 5 star for me. It works well and has good build quality. I've added some photos...one is of the "back" of the sling, or, maybe a better description is "where the sling rests on your shoulder". The other is a loop on the sling that you can use for leverage when carrying the item. It helps to reduce the "pull" or "tugging" on your clothes and your thumb feels natural in the loop.

Allen makes good stuff. It is orange on the backside and grips well while on your shoulder.

Comfortable but NOISY
I own two of these slings. After taking one out on a multi-day elk hunting trip, I decided to invest in a second strap for another rifle. It carried my 30-06 very well and the rubber 'dots' held true to my shoulder. There was no slippage at all. However, the conditions were dry and sunny. This year while chasing elk through the Colorado Rockies, I encountered a 3-day snow storm. While the sling did not slide (much) in the wet conditions, it sure did squeak a lot. Every time I moved the rubber dot-grips would make a very loud sound on my Sitka softshell orange vest.. Unfortunately, I cannot use this sling any longer on big game hunting trips. Time to shop for a new sling.
