The Lifelum large Gift Box (14"x8.5"x4.5") is a neat gifting solution for a special occasion, and overall, it’s a decent box for presenting gifts. The box itself is sturdy, and the white color gives it a clean, elegant look that’s perfect for any occasion. I plan to use it for a retirement gift. I also love that it comes with a ribbon to tie it all together, adding a nice finishing touch.However, the shredded filler that comes with the box is a bit flimsy and lackluster. It doesn’t provide the same premium feel as the box itself, and I wish it had a bit more substance to it to make the presentation more polished. It does the job, but it’s not as impressive as the box itself.Overall, it’s still a solid gift box for the price. If you’re looking for a nice, basic box with a ribbon for a gift, this one works well, though you might want to replace the filler with something sturdier for a more high-end presentation.

This is a beautiful gift box, suitable for a quality item at a quality event. It’s large enough to hold, for example, crystal wine glasses; a special first edition of a book that means something to somebody; any other cherished item that you believe the recipient will truly love.The box goes together easily – just be sure that you bring up both sides of the box together once you’ve removed the paper from the sticky parts.The pristine white box comes with gold ribbon and a somewhat skimpy amount of gold colored shredded paper filling that you may or may not like. I’m going to use my gift box to store precious letters in, rather than to give a gift – and it will work beautifully for that purpose as well.But if I were giving a gift, I might use a higher quality filling or tissue paper instead of what’s provided. Similarly, the gift card is an off-white rather than a pure white, and you might want to upgrade your gift card, or use one of your own.But these are matters of taste, and overall the quality of this gift box is excellent. I noticed that it comes in many colors, and I am guessing that each one of those is also a good quality.It seems sturdy and it was veryeasy to use. Your special gift could go in this box just as is, or you could wrap it in additional paper, because there are no awkward edges sticking out.Definitely if you’re giving a special gift, I would recommend upgrading the gift box to something like this one.

I got the black box with the gold ribbon. I cannot believe how strong and sturdy the box was. I was expecting more of a cardboard box with flaps that I would be tucking in on each side, but I was delighted to see how dense and strong the box was and I had to do was unfold it and push the corners in a bit and it sort of just popped into place. It comes flat in shrink wrap with enough ribbon to tie around all sides of the box and make a bow on top. It also comes with matching shred for the inside. A gift card that said "Especially for you with my best wishes" on the front and blank inside. It comes in a heavy draft paper brown envelope. The cardstock is heavy, quality for the card and I just noticed on the back of the card really small at the bottom it says " Pleasure of Ordinary Days". Cute. The overall box itself is a bit larger than a shoe box, somewhere between a regular shoe box and one of those larger boots shoeboxes. Definitely strong and sturdy enough to stack if you wanted.
