These silicone foam dressing bandages are a great buy. They do have a high price value, but they are definitely worth it. This is my second time buying them. They are waterproof, highly absorbent, and quick and easy to put on. They are rated to be able to wear for 7 days, but I only get about 3 days. Which is OK with me. I used to have to change my dressing multiple times per day. So once every 3 days definitely makes my life easier.

The gauze padding is substantial and very effective! But the adhesive around the edge is so thin that it curls when you try to apply it. And it's so sticky that it's hard to manipulate. I bet, in a smaller size, this is an excellent product.
