Better than expected for the price. They will get you out of a problem if it’s really icy in the fell tops. They won’t last forever id guess so occasional emergency use. Reasonably secure fitting on boots.

Having purchased nearly every style of ice/snow grips, I can wholeheartedly state these are hands down the best out there. Other brands with the small grommet style studs or the twisted wire style are woeful in comparison, often breaking after only one use.These however are heavy duty, and work on ice of any kind along with snow. You simply cannot slip or fall whilst wearing these.Yes they are more expensive but in the long run they are well worth it as you won't need to keep buying replacements.

For the couple of days a year of ice we get, it is useful to have something to give extra traction in snow and ice. My traction cleats are getting old and won't last forever so I thought I'd see how these compare.I ordered the L size which fit perfectly on my size 10 boots. Like my old ones, it is a bit of a struggle to get them on but once they are on they are safe and secure. These feature more chains and less rubber than the old pair so should be at least as durable, possibly more so.While not often needed in the south of the UK, it is a product to keep in a cupboard that becomes essential when those few days of icy weather arrive.Price when reviewed: £15.29 with voucher.

I used these Ice Cleats for a few weeks now during icy winter conditions, and they’ve been an absolute lifesaver.It is easy to put on and feel secure when walking on frosty pathway.Also it is light weight so easy to carry and portable.just to check size before purchase as it could be tricky to fit a larger shoes.These cleats makes huge difference when walking in winter weather.
