These are so close to the gloves I used to by at a local western shop in town, The company that manufactured the gloves quit making them. I wore these gloves when I was deputy sheriff, I wore them hunting, branding calves, etc. I probably had 6 pair over the years.I really missed having a pair, when I found these I thought I would give them a shot, I love them. It takes getting used to the added wear areas, but all in all I will most likely purchase another pair so I have a spare. One pair in the pickup one pair in the SUV.

Love these gloves. I decided that the roekl flex grips were shredding too quickly as I used them, but these have stood up to a full season of 5+ rides a day in temps ranging from 35-100°F. Sizes feel a little small as they get older, but that's primarily because the leather shrinks a little with the sweat. The acorn color is classic and I run training level events in them.

Very nice gloves the leather is very soft and pliable. I don't feel these would hold up well to use for anything but riding or driving, but I expect if I use them for that alone I'll have them for years. I paired with a silk lining glove for winter wear so I can have warmth without the bulk and dulling of touch that most thicker bulkier riding gloves have . These are well worth the money

Comfortable and great for the price

I have had this brand of gloves in the past and they last for years after lots of hard work at the barn.
