Do It In PSVR1
The media could not be loaded. [I've included gameplay from my stream] I played part of this game when it was available on PS Plus. I loved it. Now, as much as I love this game, I wasn't about to spend $60 on the PS Store lol. I found this game for under $20 here on Amazon. GET A VR SET FOR THIS GAME. Now, what I didn't realize is in VR mode, you are required to play on the hardest difficulty with the hardest controls. I'll be honest, I died like 20 times, none by the hand of the AI, but by the fish and other sea creatures I obliterated when hitting the water at warp speed. It is incredible in VR mode or regular mode. Do not hesitate to purchase it. If you're a fan of flight and or combat simulator games, then you'll love this. 100/10 highly recommended.

Fun
I'm 71 and find video games help keep my fingers limber. This game is complex and challenging, with a good storyline. I'm sure it will give me many, many blissful hours of fun!

Awesome
You are given missions to complete which gradually increase in complexity. It does have bad language.

A GEM OF TRUE SIGHT
I've played all of the AC games and loved every single one of them. AC 7 still doesn't disappoint. There's a lot of crying going on about the bonus content not being provided. With a little bit of effort (I agree no one should have to work for something they paid for) you can have the content sent to you or in some cases (like mine) a new disc sent to you that should also include the content code.As for the game because that's what the reviews should REALLY be about:The cut scenes are really fun to watch and the plot in general feels like a movie. Aircraft detail and flight characteristics are unique. It has both a combination of arcade and simulator feel. On first flight, the game defaults to assistance with controls, that is, the aircraft won't roll and what not. So you can turn that off in the settings and get the full yaw, roll and pitch fully controlled by YOU.Graphics are breathtaking and the level of variety sets a new standard for flying games. I am so glad that AC still continues to be made. IT almost reminds me (if anyone remembers back in the late 90's the Jane's Combat Simulation games, USNF and ATF and all those through the realism and variety of aircraft).Glad to have bought this game, the bonus content to me was just extra so I didn't care if I got it or not, I already beat those games anyway.Haven't tested out the multiplayer yet but I hope to see you all out there in the air!!

Great addition to the Ace Combat franchise
I have loved all the Ace Combat games since I had my Nintendo 64 as a boy. It seems that the fighter jet games are becoming a thing of the past, but I hope they continue this franchise on whenever the next gen consoles come out.The story on this one feels like it jumps around a bit, and there is a lot of monologue that doesn’t seem to always fit together. I appreciate them trying to make it feel more like a story, but I think the gamers who play these, would be fine with just a simple plot of “here come the bad guys, let’s shoot them down”.Having said that, the missions are actually really diverse, and very fun. They are challenging as all Ace Combat games in the past have been. Just enough that it takes time to figure them out and break them down. I will say that I think every mission has a “plot twist” thrown in, which started seeming unnecessary. Also, the missions are generally fairly long. So it can be hard if you just want to sit and play for 20 minutes, you might not get through and there is no save or checkpoint in the middle of the missions. The aircraft and weapons are top notch. And of course the flying experience is fantastic. Very nostalgic of past Ace Combat games.PLEASE KEEP MAKING THESE GAMES

Ehh story, but amazing gameplay and graphics!
note: This review is only for the singleplayer content, I don't have access to multiplayer. It's a bit of a struggle when you start out since your trying to figure out the control's, but once you do the game just becomes so fun to play as you fly though the skies as an ace pilot. There story is kinda of ehh mainly because you don't stick to the same squadron and they don't develop them enough in my opinion. To be fair though, it didn't seem that the game was to focus on fleshing out the character and it was more focused on the politics behind why everything was happening and I think they do a good enough job on that, but I wish they fleshed the teams you worked with more. For me, the game shines in graphics and gameplay. The evironoments in the sky look beautiful and I love the design of the planes and drones. For gameplay I played on the ps4 controller with standard controls, It was odd at first, but I got the hang of it. I like the aircraft tree for getting planes and parts, however if you want to unlock everything for singleplayer mode on the tree then your gonna have to play all the difficulties to get enough points to unlock them, which I didn't mind cause the game was really fun or repeat playthroughs with your new planes.
