Very easy to use and setup. Works great, simple to adjust the intensity and heat, and to start and stop if it’s too intense. Really seems to help break up inflammation as well!

The media could not be loaded. Initially, I was looking for a massager with some heat/ red light. As usual, did my research, comparison. I have lived in Asia and familiar with cupping. It has science-backed results and really good for targeting sore muscles. I took a risk and bought this. I tried once as of Mar’25 and sharing my feedback.✅ PROS: Good handy size, well-made/ high quality material, very nice case for traveling/ storing. Comes with 2 suction sizes. My 1st use in my shoulder was very good (using smaller suction size). I started with level 3 suction (default) and decided to use level 12 (highest) heat. Heat is perfect. Suction is good to begin. Last photo shows how red it is after use.✴️ CONS: After 1st use, so far, it’s all good. Will update as I progress.💟 OVER-ALL: Great value for money, easy to use, so happy with this purchase.▶️ TIPS:1) Start low level to condition your skin and muscle and progress after days/ weeks. (Please refer to short video)2) Use a vibrant oil (mint, eucalyptus, lemongrass, etc) before and after use in the area.3) Always clean before and after use.

Well the product does work, maybe it would be a good idea to caution users the heat can be turned up high enough to cause burns.

Some of the relief I want is in harder to reach areas, so these are hard to work with unless I have someone else available to help, which isn't exactly convenient. In the areas that ARE easy to reach, they work well, although a little scary to use at first. But I found videos online to guide me through the process.
