Wonderful
Recently, after a routine CBC we were called and told to go to ER for a transfusion. My husband was seriously anemic. His prompted me to fill out the paperwork in this wonderful kit so that it would all be handy to take with to hospital or hand over to EMTs. These kits are wonderful !

Reccomended by first responders.
I was told about this by a 30 year, veteran paramedic. First responders love knowing right where the medical info is. Took me a bit of searching to find this version with only 5 files. Really wanted this for my grandmother and my in laws. So, this pack of 5 will cover those 3 and my husband and myself. Didn't like the high shipping cost though.

This is a terrific buy! They come in a set of 5, which is enough for the average family. Complete directions are included (a copy for each sleeve).We had papers all over the fridge-now they are condensed and organized for that possible emergencyThe OTHER great thing about this sleeve is that you can pop it into a handbag to take to your doctor, to both show him and update info with him!

Great for papers! Bad for soup.
It's great for holding vital important information for if EMT's or firemen have to come in and find you on the floor near death. Great for holding papers. Lousy for holding soup.

Keep information current!
The premise is good...now to keep the information pertinent by updating it regularly. This should be helpful for individuals with a variety of caregivers, especially if the information is kept current!

Disappointment in packaging!
This product is a repository of important medical information that would be readily available in case of an emergency. It has a magnet on the back and is designed to be attached to a refrigerator or similar appliance. They arrived folded in half which makes it impossible for them to lie flat on the fridge. They arrived in a large envelope which could have easily accommodated the envelopes that hold the medical information without folding them. It was certainly not necessary to fold them. I have had the envelopes under a huge stack of heavy books, but the plastic just will not straighten out. I love the product, I just hate the way it was packaged. These were purchased for my children and I am embarrassed to give it to them.
