Is the glove filled with tanner?

No, this glove isn't filled with tanner. You would apply your own self tanner and use this glove for the application. This glove doesn't include any self tanner, you have to purchase that separately.

Does the lotion absorb into the mitt requireing the use of having to use alot more self tanning lotion? Can u use w/ mouse?

I am using a tanning water with it and it blends very well and I didn't find it absorbed the product.

Complete self-tanning novice here. How do you put the product on your hands? It would look stupid to tan your arms and stop at the hand

I use a small amount of foam onto my hands and my arm. Starting a little bit at a time so it is not immediately obvious.

Can this be used to apply “brown tanning gel”?

Yes just wash hands afterwards!!
