Ttox worked the way I hoped it would.
This tea worked as stated in description. I didnt change diet or activity. I was on a calorie restriction diet and working out, but stopped losing weight. After a month of no weight lost progress, I decided to try this tea detox. I lost 3lbs within 10 days.

Don't use for diet or cleanse
Don't use for diet as it does nothing. Cleans out the digestive tract from the previous meal. Wouldn't buy again. Yogurt tastes better and works just as well.

Does the trick!
Extra yummy with an added sprinkling of stevia. Perfect evening beverage. I purchased this for the “detox,” but the added benefit of losing 12 lbs in 3wreks was a lovely surprise! I definitely purchase this again.

I used this product for 10 days strait....instructions say you can do that or drink it every other night for 20 days. I will say it got things 'moving' first thing in the morning, but honestly cannot say that I felt like I lost any weight or belly bloat with this. Taste wasn't bad, just didn't seem to do a whole lot for me.
