Comparison to other protein sources
It does not have any side effects.It is made up of very good quality.It easily mixes with water or milk,it has nice protein content.Although,it is not value for money,Let me explain,1 Scoop has 13.3g of protein (approx.) And you can get this much amount of protein just by eating 2-3 eggs so why waste money.If you are vegetarian then you should definitely go for it.Most lactose intolerant won't be able to digest this much amount of protein when combined with milk.But if you are vegetarian then you should definitely go for it.

The product is not bad but the packaging is misleading. The box looks huge while the powder in itself not even filled up to half of the container.
