Not bad heavy duty and heavy to puck up, ya it rusts but thats what a hich left outside does

Solid item
Easy to figure out. There was a great step by step, with pictures directions. Solid and feels sturdy. I took a star ⭐ off (should be 1/2 star ⭐) BC the anti vibration spacers don't do anything. Still rsttles and is loose. I can't go any tighter. The key for the hitch lock is the same as the one for the pin lock. So that's awesome. Hook is a little narrow/small but I can overcome that issue with a soft loop recovery device.

Big and secure
Big, beefy and easy to install. It will get the job done without having to change attachments. Oh, and no chance it can be stolen because of the built in security mechanisms.

Didnt last 6 months. DANGEROUS!
Didn't last 6 months. Visible rust and the pin that holds the pin left the chat. Luckily I did not have a trailer attached! The automated prompts landed me to amazon returns and they just took care of it, so I have no idea whether GWAUTO stands behind their product or not. Great idea, poor design.

Well built heavy duty hitch.
Great trailer hitch that is very versatile and heavy duty. Offers the flexibility to easily switch to different size ball mount in a minute or two. I like the silencers built into the design to reduce noise when the hitch is installed but no trailer is hooked up. Other hitches are noisy when off road or bad pavement. Great choice and money well spent.

To much drop.
Quaility build. WARNING: If your 1/2 ton is not lifted....the bottom of the ball mount sits below curb level. High potential to break the curb or bend your reciever. They provide 5 height adjustments for the balls. 3 would be ideal.
