Q: Anyone have a suggestion on how to get the pump to pump this stuff out? Appears to thick to pump. Suggestions?

It should have no problem pumping the product but we are only human and sometimes things break. You can try putting your finger over the dispensing tip on the upstroke to give it a better suction and draw the product to help prime it. If you can't get it to work, email us directly at sales@gripclean.com and we'll send you a new pump free of charge!

Q: Do you have an ingredients list? does this product contain Aloe?

Hello, this product does NOT contain Aloe. For our moisturizers we use a combination of coconut oil, vegetable glycerin, and olive oil. Ingredients list: Water, pumice, coconut oil, bentonite, lauric acid, glycerin, acrylates copolymer, potassium hydroxide, kaolin, olive oil, lime oil Hope this helps!

Q: How many ounces in the bottle?

This is a net weight 64oz. bottle

Q: Can I wash my face with it after doing heavy grinding?

Yes you 100% can. Just avoid getting it in your eyes as the fine particles of pumice sand would be an irritant. It works great on the face though.
