Wow-- I was shocked. I kept the box when the pillow came, because I fully expected it to be mediocre, or not really help my problem. I couldn't believe that the very FIRST NIGHT, it was fantastic. Helped my shoulder immensely, much less pain throughout the night, far better sleep. I thought it would take some getting used to... and, I'm picky... but I loved it immediately. The case is silky smooth and nice. And, I just flip it upside down, and the middle part works great for a reading/computer-watching pillow... until I flip it over and go to sleep!The only helpful criticism I could give is that for that price they should include an extra pillow case, so that when you're washing one, you can still use the pillow. Or, just raise the price $3, and no one would care. The extra pillow case would look good on the company, too. Also, I was bummed that the queen-size didn't come in white, only blue. But, I love the pillow! Great job!

I have been suffering with waking up in pain for well over a year because of arthritis in my shoulder. I am a side and stomach sleeper and I’ve tried many different pillows to help relieve pressure off my shoulder. This pillow is AMAZING! I am not waking up in pain at all now. It seemed awkward at first and I didn’t think I’d like it but, boy was I wrong. It is super comfortable and provides great support if your neck while relieving pressure off your shoulders.The pillow cover is removable and washable. I have the blue and it is very silky and cool to touch. The cooling aspect was something else I love. When you first open it, it’s quite compressed. Give it a good 12hrs or so to get to the correct shape.It’s pricy but totally worth it!

I think the design of this pillow is very good for someone who wants to take stress off their shoulder. The material is pretty soft, so I don't know how long it would actually hold up, but the problem for me is that the top of the pillow, being pretty soft, sinks down quite a bit and causes problems for my CPAP mask. There was no way, unfortunately, that I could move the placement of my head around so that my mask didn't get interfered with. I think it would work really well for someone that just had surgery, but in the long run I don't know how long the memory foam would hold up for regular use.

I actually get some sleep now!!

I previously had a "medcline" ($$$$) pillow for side sleepers. The medcline pillow didnt live up to the benefit for shoulder pain relief especially in context of the price. I bought this AM AEROMAX and it's wonderful. Better sleep, considerable decrease in shoulder pain and not cumbersome to move around in bed. The AM AEROMAX is a much better product and the price is GREAT. I think great buy for the money!! I'm buying another for between my knees.

Love this pillow. No shoulder or neck pain. I’m a side sleeper. I returned the Queen because it is 2” higher and hurt my neck. The standard size is just right. I’m 5’7” with broad shoulders and a left side sleeper.This is my 5th pillow to try. It is perfect and allows my neck to be in line with my spine with zero shoulder pressure. A+++

I am 5'9" 160# female side sleeper. I got the standard size. I have only used this a few nights but not once have I woken with my hand or arm asleep! I absolutely love it! I was reluctant to pay 70+ but this shape allows me to move my arm and shoulder around and still support my head. Cover is super silky and doesn't frizz my hair. Comes in smaller box. Seriously love sleeping through the night and not waking due to circulation being cut off in hand/arm.

At first i thought this pillow was exactly the answer I was looking for to the hand and arm and back pain I was looking for. It was comfortable and for a while it did alleviate the pain and tingling from sleeping on my arm. But after using it for a while, I've found that the height of the pillow, (it's too tall) while comfortable for my arm, seems to be causing me pain in my sides because of the way my body is bent. I can't lay flat enough. I really want to love this pillow, it's a fantastic idea, so I'm going to take a break from it and go back to it and see if I get a different result. Will update if it works out, otherwise I'll be looking for a pillow that's not as tall.
