Did a lot of research and finally landed on an all around multi with quality ingredients. If you have a good/proper diet, make sure to look at the amount of vitamins provided. An example would be, most people are low on Vitamin B so these vitamins have an extra % of B Vitamins. This could possibly be too high for some people so pay attention. I personally take these 4 Days a week, out of 7, being as my diet is decently balanced. You can take them daily but be aware of the effects of too much of each type of vitamin. These vitamins are easily absorbed. Not like regular vitamins, they are made to help your body function better than regular vitamins.
