Capsinol Mild Formula 100 % Natural Nasal Spray with capsicum pepper

I purchased this because I suffer from migraines and cluster headaches. I did a lot of research and read that capsicum (and ingredient in chilli peppers) can sometimes work on the pain receptors and help relieve a bad head. Personally this has not worked for me. I've also tried eating hot chilli, chilli sweets etc and none have worked. It's definitely worth trying though as you never know it may work for you.If you have bought this product just to help clear your nose when blocked up, then it's good for that and there's a stronger version.
