It is way better than regular maida
A bit pricey, but the quality is far far better than regular maida. I bake my own bread and make my own pizza -both from scratch and this flour is way better. The bread & pizza is soft and has a better taste. I even combine other floors to make it a truly multi grain flour for my use.

I was skeptical buying this since its almost 3 times the price of your regular flour. I tested it out by making 2 batches of the dough. One with regular maida and one using this flour.The dough while mixing looked more firm compared to the maida one. It didnt rise enough compared to the maida one. Was scared I might have made a mistake.The final result blew me away. The bread from this dough was far more tastier. The texture and crunch in the crust was great. It feels and tastes like store bought bread compared to the maida one. Im never using any other flour again to make breads
