Perfect pre-work out
I’ve been using this pre-workout and I’ve been so impressed with the quality, and energy levels it gives me especially in my heavier weights sessions. Highly recommend. It’s become my go to.

Good quality products and works well great for that extra boost taste is not the best but it seems to work well

Strength & Focus Are Top-Notch, Flavor Isn’t
This pre-workout delivers solid strength and focus, helping me push through tough sessions. The only downside is the taste—it’s not great, but if you prioritize effectiveness over flavor, this is a great choice.

Some bad ingredients, but nice tasting sour with hint of sweet and pleasant. [Blueraspberry version]
The media could not be loaded. Some bad ingredients that should be replaced:--------------------------------------------------------Calcium Silicate < This is just limestone and used as an anti-caking agent, I've had pre-workouts that didn't include this in it and thus why it's not necessary and really limestone is just not cool.--Sucralose < This hurts the beneficial gut microbiome. I would replace that with Allulose, Stevia or Monk fruit.--Sunflower Lecithin << Increases estrogen levels, affecting hormone levels of also pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. I personally don't want increased in estrogen levels.--Ascorbic acid < It's just synthetic vitamin C and doesn't belong in human bodies, because it's too synthetic, which makes it an unhealthy ingredient and won it's place on my bad list.--Colourant [Brilliant Blue] < This one has high potential to cause allergic reactions skin rashes, hives, or nasal congestion in sensitive people, it has a few more side effects I cannot discuss in this review.I haven't yet had any side effects from brilliant blue, but will update my review if it happens within the couple days time limit of taking this pre-workout.--Cyannocobalamin < Highly synthetic form of vitamin B12. It would be better if it were Methylcobalamin the natural form of B12.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------If bad ingredients were replaced with more natural ones, I would rate higher. I disliked the creatine level 3g was too weak for me, I'm used to 5g, the mix of bcaa's and caffeine is a good idea in pre-workouts.I felt alert after having 12g in 250ml of cold water, I put it in a bottle, then shake till it was all mixed in, the taste was pleasant, hint of sweet, more sour, it didn't spike my blood sugar levels, it gave me only a little boost, but lasted a few hours without a crash.A bit above average but not the best pre-workout I've used, for my tastebuds, it certainly tasted better than some other pre-workouts. I don't like sweet pre-workouts, I like them more sour and fizz thanks to the malic acid it had that hint of sour lightly effervescent but this was hard to distinguish, it was more sour with a hint of sweet, taste is that of a typical blue flavoured drink just not very strong tasting, which is what I like. It feels like they didn't put too much sucralose in it, which is a good thing. In the end this did help me get a few more reps in with weights, this one has potential to be better with it's ingredients, I would up the creatine level to 5g, or decrease the caffeine to 150mg or so, that I can double dose to higher creatine levels, although higher caffeine content above 250mg isn't necessary for me, I would get that 5g creatine hit. Well that's what would make it all better. The total stats of this pre-workout synopsis:---------------------------------------------------Per 12g weighed on a precision kitchen scale:------------------------------------------------------3g creatine <low dosed, but normal for some people not used to creatine.--2:1:1 ratio of BCAA's <Low dosed.--B6 + B12 < Synthetic made in a lab.--Beta Alanine 1.75g < If you notice red skin, or itchy burning sensation it means your not used to beta alanine, but it's low dosed here, so I never felt that, don't worry it's natural feeling, if it feels itchy with pins and needles al over the body, don't worry it will go away in short time, usually couple hours.--Caffeine 250mg.P.SIf you want the best boost, you will want to drink it all in one go, and not sip it over time, it's more powerful that way.

Avoid!
Taste’s awful, mixes terribly, and has little to no effect.I got the “Black Cherry Rush” flavour and the only way I can describe the taste is 4 day old ribena back wash….Avoid at all costs, there’s so many better options out there.

Makes a difference
I’m often sceptical when it comes to using supplements and often think they have a physiological boost rather than physiological. However, my wife is really impressed with this pre workout. It not only tastes food but gives her the boost she needs and the creatine most definitely aids muscle growth and recovery. She hasn’t been using it for long and has noticed increased strength and stamina whilst working out. Clearly effective and it’s taken with water. Good value for money and it therefore comes recommended.

Great flavour
I have tried a few of the pre workout powders now and this one is one of my favourites, the flavour is good and it doesn't give me the caffeine headache that some others have. The caffeine content is rather high, so I have been using half the dose and still get the performance I want. The powder dissolves quickly in water although I have offered it to a friend who put a spoonful directly into his mouth without diluting and said it was nice!
