Q: Can’t get them open to put batteries in

If I remember rightly you have to unscrew some small screws at the back to open the two sections. Mine are in the car right now but if you are still having problems I will go get them and send a video for you. These are brilliant- excellent buy 👍

Q: I have 3 of these but I cannot get the 3 leds torch parts to light up. I can get the orange strobe to work fine though.

Hold the on switch for a few seconds to put on the white lights. If you only press it for a short time it puts on the orange strobes.

Q: Do they come with batteries?

No batteries supplied with them , however I did buy a large pack through amazon

Q: are the batteries recharable?

No. However, if you buy a separate charger unit, you can buy and use rechargeable batteries with this product.
