The interactive games, storytelling, and educational content keep her engaged, and I love that it’s both fun and beneficial for learning. The voice assistant is clear, and it’s easy for her to use. My only wish is for a longer battery life, but overall, this robot is a fantastic companion for kids! Highly recommend!

The Android-Based Robot Companion is an ambitious concept, but its execution falls far short of expectations.Pros:* Obstacle Detection: The robot does a decent job sensing and avoiding obstacles, which is perhaps the only feature that works reliably.* Basic Functionality: It can be controlled via a companion app and used for video calls, though the app feels outdated.Cons:* Outdated Hardware: The robot relies on an old Android tablet with a sluggish CPU, low memory, and an outdated operating system. While you can activate the Play Store to install apps, the performance is so poor it’s not worth the effort.* Ineffective AI Model: The AI is severely outdated, struggling to understand even basic commands. You need to stand close and speak loudly, which defeats the purpose of a responsive AI companion.* Navigation Issues: While it senses obstacles, the robot has difficulty moving in a straight line, making navigation frustrating and unreliable.* Poor Surveillance Features: There’s no automatic surveillance mode, so it cannot double as a cool home monitoring tool.* Subpar Companion App: The app feels outdated and clunky, limiting the overall experience.* Disappointing Games: The pre-installed games are uninspired and unlikely to appeal to kids, let alone adults.Final Thoughts:I had high hopes for this robot, imagining it as a versatile companion I could use to discuss project ideas or explore creative concepts. We got this little robot for our 3 and 5 year old for Christmas. Setup was somewhat tedious. It requires logging in / creating a number of accounts. The touch screen was not as responsive as I would have expected and the voice recognition is pretty awful unless you are using very specific words. There are games as well that can be played that are pretty fun for the kids, but the head doesn't tilt far enough to allow any sort of ergonomics while using the screen.On the positive side, my 3 year old enjoys dancing with Misa, and it seems like the video calling works pretty well. We are still trying to get grandparents to set up their phones to connect, but our hope is the kids will be able to use this to call and talk to their grandparents whenever they want. The parental controls also seem to allow you to lock down things pretty well. Misa can be controlled from our phones as long as she's on a solid surface and that is "kind of" fun to play with for a little while.All in all, it's a fun novelty, but I don't really feel like there is enough bang for your buck with this one.

Our kids have had a lot of fun with this. It was interesting getting it set up how we like it but we got it all figured out. It is pretty pricey for what you get. The battery life is really good on it and it is a fun cute toy for the kids. It isn't too loud and it does keep the kids entertained.

I love that everything is child friendly content and they aren't in danger of seeing something they shouldn't.
