I absolutely love this machine. I've used it every single day since I got it. Love trying new things in it. At the moment my favourite is the milkshake setting... Tastes just like maccys! It's not noisey at all. So so easy to clean. Very easy to use. I know it's expensive but me personally think it's worth the money. Quality is amazing. I 100% recommend this product.

As soon as I saw the price on the Ninja SLUSHi Frozen Drinks Maker, I hit the buy now button – I have been looking at getting a similar device and put off by the price. It hasn’t disappointed me. It is easy to setup; take out of the box, as it has a proper compressor cooler you need to leave it for a few hours to settle down, whilst that happens clean up the drum and the rotating Archimedes screw.It’s not a small device - 41.35 x 42.98 x 16.56 cm the footprint. It weighs about 10kg. The small width makes it easier to fit on my countertop.You can make drinks as small as 450ml up to 1.9l. The controls are simple membrane style push buttons, with a heavy power switch on the back. There are safety features that detect if drinks are freezing up too hard, which sound an audible alert. This happened with my first drink a chocolate milkshake.Those safety features make using the SLUSHi simpler. The main rule of thumb is to have a high enough sugar content, or a low enough alcohol content. There are recipes included that dose up sugar free soft drinks to make them work in the machine and keep the sugar content down.My milkshake when it warmed up a little was lovely and far better than the mode on the Creami ice cream machine. It was cold and smooth with very small ice crystals resulting in little crunch. I made my morning orange juice into a SLUSHi this morning and it had a lovely drinkable texture. The only thing not in the box is a straw thick enough to drink with. The make has drinks ready in about 30 minutes.When you have made your drink there is a rinse mode to clear out the insides for another round. If you aren’t going to use it again quickly; the main plastic container slips off for washing, as does the screw. If you are using it on a hot and humid day, there is a drip dray to catch the condensation.It’s very easy to use and can even make my breakfast orange juice more exciting. Bring on summer proper.

Great fun. Takes only an hour and super easy to clean.The only tiny downside is it is a little loud and you have to keep it running until all drunk. Easy if you have a couple of kids

I recently bought this machine and I regret nothing, for mine and my husbands anniversary on the 26th of march husband has only just tested it out with a slushy and it's amazing, i do wish it was a bit cheaper but at the price it is I would say it's well worth the money, it's quiet, easy to use, can't wait to try the milkshakes and using it for slushy cocktails

great product, haven't tried it yet but since summer is coming soon it will definitely be a great opportunity to use it

So this came really really well packaged, plenty of protection so it got to be safe and sound. you do have to lit it sit for two hour's thou before you can fire her up to use.However when you get around to using it it's really fun. I will say this is more of a summer gadget overall to be quite honest unless your REALLY into your ice coffee's and cocktail's. it make's really good slushies thou once you get the hang of it. pay attention to the instruction carefully if you dont want a disaster on your hand's. I may have knocked the cold setting up a notch when i made my first coke slushy and it just made it unpourable from the spout, i had to take the whole thing apart to get the slush out of it. it tasted great thou.it does come with a recipe book which is really handy for getting the basic settings correct. their's more ideas for drinks on the web thou which is nice.This isnt something you and plug and go with thou. it take's time to make the drinks and depending how complex the drink is it cane take a good while.A down side is you CAN NOT USE DIET DRINKS, which I was kind of of bummed about to be honest as i dont like full fat coke's and you can't use anything with fruit pulp in it either, it's got to me smooth juice. I also don't really like that everything is full fat and sugar's so it make's daily use of the machine not an option. these things have to be treated as treats rather than something you could have daily, like with iced cokes and milkshakes etc. hence why i said this is more the type of thing you use in the summer months when its baking hot out and you just want to live on iced drinks. thou this would be fun at parties as well for cocktails.I also found the machine incredibly easy to take apart and clean. Ninja really thought hard about this and made it effortless to do overall. yes their are a few parts you have to wash by hand but it take's a few minuetes to do and then your done.It's not overly loud either which i really liked, i was concerned it would be super loud and annoying but it really isn't. I think if you can afford to spend (£349 at time of purchase) this is a solid investment. the build quality is excellent and it's quite simple to operate.
