Almost a good samosa!
You need to crisp them properly in the oven, but the crust is nice and thin. The peas didn’t seem to be good quality. Quite spicy, but could have more. Better than other supermarket lamb samosas. I was cross that when these came in my Amazon Fresh delivery they had an expiry date the same as my delivery date. Not expected service.

14 percent Lamb?
Authentic despite the soya mince. Not alot of lamb flavour. Pastry was also authentic. Fillings tasted nice but lacked the fullness of lamb. Spices were overall v nice. 8/10

I loved these! Very flavourful, spicy and light crisp pastry. Did them in the air fryer and they were perfect.
