Tasty! It's a simple base that you can add your seasonings and spice levels to the way you like it. I've made this from scratch before and it was a lot of prep work. This makes it so easy if you don't have the time or energy. It took 1hr 1/2 in an instant pot. Try it if you want something delicious, fast, and very close to homemade.

Omg! I can make all the birria I want now without all the hassle! The bombs are completely intact. The flavor is exactly how birria should taste; maybe even a little better. Not salty at all. I used the pressure cooker method. I did not need to cook it the full two hours before the meat was fork tender.For the price I totally recommend this product. If you value saving the amount of time birria typically takes to make without sacrificing flavor this is definitely the product for you! I use chunk roast and added the beef broth like the instruction said and one bomb and it came out perfect!I will definitely purchase this again!Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Easy to use, tastes good, but not true authentic taste. Have used packets that come closer to true taste but hey, you don't have to source the peppers and spend hours cooking them. Fun option for party food. Smells great. Overall would not buy again.

Flavor was great, but the package was flattened by the time we got it so it was less a bomb and more a satchet of flavoring.

I cooked this for my fiance as she loves birria tacos. I do not like birria, but this was really flavorful, easy to make and I ate them as well. Definitely will recommend and will order again.

I usually don't write product reviews often, but after using this birria taco seasoning, I felt compelled to share my experience. This is, without a doubt, the worst seasoning I have ever used in my entire life. Not only did it lack flavor, but it was also flat, extremely spicy, and overwhelmed my taste buds in a negative way. The package claimed to contain three bombs, but I only received two, and one of them was partially crushed upon arrival. I even tried adding extra liquid to the meat to tone down the taste, but that didn't help at all. The instructions suggested using three to five cups of either broth or water, so I opted for broth, but nothing seemed to improve the flavor.I've had many birria tacos before, and I've never encountered a seasoning that tasted like this one. It was truly an insult to my taste buds. I will never use this product again. I don't know if the other birria bomb seasonings taste like this one, but if they do, I'll pass. I'll either make the sauce at home myself or continue dining out when I want good birria tacos. Please do not buy this product.

This was my first time trying to do birria And it didn't disappoint. The meat came out very flavorful. The consummate was awesome, I would definitely buy again. I did kick it up with fresh peppers and other stuff, but it's a good base to start with so you don't have to go out buying all the different spices.
