Very sturdy construction
My car has the USB ports spaced very close together so that some devices can not be plugged in at the same time. This extender profile is narrow enough that both ports can be used. I was also looking for a short length or pigtail that wouldn't have a lot of extra cable to manage. The 6" length is ideal and this extender works flawlessly.

Great, Practical USB C Extension Cords for Car, Office, or Home
These work well for cars like the Toyota RAV4 and others that have built-in USB-C outlets buried deep inside the center console. These let you access them without opening the console and putting wear-and-tear on the USB-C outlets every time you want to plug or unplug a device. A sound investment.

Great little extension
It's a great little extension. I use it to extend the connection to the usb plug in/under the center console on our pathfinder. It works great.

Carries power & high speed data. I use it in my car to connect an adapter that uses back channel WiFi to fool the car into thinking I've plugged in my cellphone for Android Auto. Works great with that adapter. Really enjoying Android Auto without having to plug in the phone.

Extension cable creates easy access to a hard to access outlet.
This cable is a prefect length for my application: it provides easy access to the recessed built-in usb outlet in my eGolf. This recessed outlet was ok until my wife got a new iPhone that required me to switch cables to link our iphones to the car.

Highly Recommend for DJ’s
I just got mine today. And I would highly recommend it for DJ’s if you are using USB drive for your DJ players or standalone DJ Controllers if you are looking for a short USB extension cable cord this is the one I recommend I use it for nearly 2 hours and no problem with it on my Pioneer XDJ-RX3 It works really well no delays on track loading or playing. And for live recording it works perfectly no drops or delays.
