I use these when in between using a suppositorie or full out enema. Suppositories are better to use more often. Have a medical issue where I don't want to get backed up! These are a little pricey but don't have to use but maybe one or twice a month. I highly recommend these. Normally I'll wait after inserting for about thirty minutes. Easy for me to insert.
