It’s a shame because the products lovely
I’m struggling with this review as the mug its self looks great. It’s lovely however it arrived damaged and I have had to repair it myself as it’s a Christmas present and I couldn’t ask for a replacement. The fault was on the top chrome ring that keeps the temperature screen in place. It had snapped.

1) very small item, 400ml 2) Difficulty in drinking due to the lock/unlock button in the passage and also the circumference of the thermos has a small diameter for the mouth3) my grave text is too small4) horrible deliveries, it does not come to my house, I did not leave a notice a few days later, I pick up in storeI'm very disappointed this is not a recommendation
